• Best times to visit: as you’ll see from the below chart our shops are busiest between 10:30am and 2pm, so visiting outside of these times is advised if you’re able.

• Virtual queue management systems: Check out our retailers websites or social media channels to see if they are offering appointment services.
• Use the Royal Mail “Parcel Collect” service https://www.royalmail.com/collection rather than having to bring all your Christmas parcels to the Post Office
• Order in advance: In addition to the retailers offering click and collect, both Starbucks and Costa have a function on a app where you can order and pay in advance and avoid having to wait at the till. Starbucks at Woolgate is also now on UberEats.
