Collect your pumpkin and donate to Oxfordshire MIND

Lots of people enjoy a scare as a bit of Halloween fun, but what about those who deal with anxiety and other mental health problems every day?

That’s why this Halloween I’m carving as many pumpkins as I can to give away to families who support the fantastic work Oxfordshire Mind do in our region – helping over 10,000 people with mental health challenges every year.

Their many vital services include housing, benefits advice, a confidential and free information line, short courses, children & young people support, volunteering opportunities, and they provide over 30 free, friendly, informal peer support groups across Oxfordshire.

So please join me on 27th October under the clock tower at the Woolgate Shopping Centre in Witney, and give what you can so that things can be a little less scary for those who struggle with their mental health.
